Reasonably decent service in Burlington, MA
Took Michelle in for the seatbelt recall and replace the stereo at Herb Chambers Honda.
I dealt with John Silva who was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way for me, even printing out the full list of TSB's mentioned so far (well, all except the clutch grind since I don't seem to have it yet).
I specifically asked for them to keep Michelle on the lot (I noted the mileage just in case), and to not wash/wax her (just in case). I brought the car in by 8:00 one morning and they had it finished by 3:30 same day. Nothing seemed out of place and everything seemd to be in good condition, so I'm happy.
The only complaint I have is with the rental car situation. I was originally told they have rental cars, but no loaners (wait a sec...isn't the only difference between the two who pays for it?), so unless I wanted to pay $35/day, I needed a ride.
I called the manager (John also, forget the last name offhand), explained that it was HONDA, not me, who caused the seatbelt problem. I purchased a 30-some thousand dollar car and refused to be inconvenienced, even for a day, due to their mistake. He reluctantly agreed to give me a car for a single day (he was quite clear on the single day part) and proceeded to give that short little whine about "I don't know how, but I'll get regional to pay for it SOMEHOW." Boo hoo, I'm all broken up for you. If they didn't finish my car that day you can bet I'd be keeping the rental.
So, I'm quite happy with the service department and the rep J.S., but the manager there needs to remove his head from that dark cave called his A$$! If you need some work done, they seem to treat the S2k with the respect it deserves.

Elvis,
When I get the chance I'll scan them in if someone else wants to host the images. I'll keep them high enough quality so that they are legible. Unfortunately, I only have a small amount of space on my server, and my webpage already takes over 50% of it.
