Default Regarding fuel gauge.

I was wondering, how long can the S2000 go when the fuel gauge hits no bars and the light comes on? I fill up when the last bar disappears, but when I fill it up, it fills up to only 10.7 gallons. I thought the S had a capacity for 13.2 gallons? So does that mean that when the last bar disappears, I still have almost 3 gallons left in the tank?

Yeah, the fuel gauge is super conservative. In a way that's good, but the only bad thing is, once the bars are gone, you have to remember how long you've been driving since you hit E.

Sometimes, after about 20 miles with no bars, I'll get a bar back. Weird!
