Default remove the speed limiter

I have a problem with my speed limiter, because here we use right-hand drive cars and so many arrive with Japanese specs.I want to remove the speed limiter by using the field SFC-VTEC controller or any other brand rev/speed meter. The problems that I am facing are two,
First will the SCF-VTEC have any wrong effect on my car computer in:
ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
FUEL INJECTION OPERATION
ABS and TRACTION
And second my CONTROL PANEL(of my car)stops to the INDICATION of 180 km/h.
Do I have to change the control panel,so i can have the right indications of the speed that I am driving OR can i modify my own control panel so i can have indications above 180 km/h.
If you have any solutions for this problem please informed me.
Thank you
VAS
