Default Removing Adhesive

What's the fastest way to remove the adhesive used to bind the oem front lip without damaging the paint? I just removed my lip earlier and now have an entire bumper full of adhesive to remove.

You removed the lip? Heh, you're crazy. Is it up for sale?

There's also Goof Off. But like they said above. Make sure you get the chemical off with a good wash and wax afterwards.
