Default replace stock shock mounts/bushings?

To those who have swapped out their stock suspension: did you also replace the stock shock mounts or any bushings? I know on some bmw's for example, these take a beating and will start to break down after a while, leading to increased road noise and a much harsher ride (from the reduction in dampening the mounts/bushings provide). I'm considering replacing my stock suspension soon and was curious if I should bother to replace these. Car has 27k miles on stock suspension. Thanks.

When I lowered my car with 50k on the odo, I didn't change none of the bushings.

I believe you don't need to change them out unless they're dry, cracking, and about to fall off. Hope that helps.
