Default Replacement Windshield

I'm having my windshield replaced and I'm wondering if aftermarket windshields have that black square towards the top-center of the windshield where the rear view mirror is mounted.

I was thinking of getting a PPG windshield. Can anyone tell me if the black square is there for this brand windshield? The only reason I ask is because I like the fact that it covers the mirror mounting button and bracket. I would imagine if that black square was not there, you could see the silver metal mounting button from the outside...

Thanks!

My replacement has the black square. The brand is "Pilkington" or something like that.

I just had the same brand put on mine. They all look just like factory stock, except you don't get the little honda emblem on the corner. Unless you buy some super cheap knock off glass made in China, I'm pretty sure it will look just like the OEM.

I got a PPG windshield. If you have the windshield deductible on your insurance, go to a place that will use the PPG windshield and genuine Honda seals. PPG is a Honda OEM supplier (I don't know if they do the S2000s, though) and there windshield is very good.
