i peeled off the black windshield tape off my car recently and notice right above the driver side on the opposite side of the catcher there is a dull spot.. and in the middle it almost look like it is lacking paint.. i run my finger over it and could feel it indenting.

Does anyone know what i should do? how common is this problem? its damn ugly!
