Again... it's timing.
The blip should be consistent. The timing of the clutch and shift should vary. Obviously your downshift from 6th to 5th has a slightly longer delay and more room from play than your shift from 3rd to 2nd which has to be done extremely fast.
The throttle however does not need to be blipped "all the way".

Ive had my car for 2 years now, ive just started rev matching over the last 4 or 5 months and now im pretty good at it, i love it just because its smooth and the sounds that follow get me every time. Now i just gotta learn to heal toe.

I had never rev matched until I bought my S. It did not take long to pick it up.
