Default Rick's 4.44 final gear ratio

Is it hard to install? How much labor hours would be involved? Can somebody with this mod tell me how much the low end torque has improved?

I'll start off the responses. First, the installation must be done by a professsional mechanic/technician with extensive experience working with differentials. This is not a do-it-yourself job. Do not take this work to someone who's never done a gear install on a differential!

A skilled mechanic can do this job in 3 hours, and the cost should range from $250 - $350.

There have been several threads about the performance gains. The best ones have been posted by xviper. Start here:
