Default Rick's Signature Access....where are they?

Mods: I'm not sure if this goes in this forum, but I didn't see a more appropriate place.

I was just wondering what the typical turn-around is for stuff from Rick's?? I placed an order with them two and half weeks ago and received a confirmation email saying that my stuff would be delivered in a week (or so).

Is two and half weeks (or more) typical for these guys? Or is something amiss? I haven't tried contacting them yet. Since I don't want to jump the gun if this is normal.

For reference, I ordered the smoked sidemarkers and the headlight protection.

thanks
mike

You should always contact the vendor before you ever post a public thread.

You need to e-mail us. It is not normal to take two week for those items. Leather items on the other hand take 2-3 weeks as they are custom made to order.

Sorry, like I said, I wasn't trying to accuse Rick's of anything. And I didn't want to bother you guys if this is normal.

I just wanted to find out others experiences.

I'll email you guys. BTW, if there a phone number I can call?

thanks
mike

PS: For all we know, this could be the fault of the USPS

Nope, USPS was not the problem. We have a technical issues that caused this and a few other orders to become lost. We are in the process of changing Web sites/Hosts/e-mail servers.

In the future, It is not a bother to ask us (or any other vender I would assume) what the status of your order is. Just include the Order number so it can be found quickly.

I had the same issue. I ordered mid-July and was told it shipped. I waited 1.5 weeks then emailed them. I got the ship notice from Stamps.com on Friday, so I should have the item today or tomorrow. It's understandable that things can get messed up; I never doubted Rick's, just wanted to know what was going on (and thus emailed them)

We have some headers on order now for the next GB. As soon as we have an ETA, we will release a GB.

I also have 1 left from the last GB, if you are interested. Send me an e-mail.
