I just upgraded to a Ricks Voodoo knob a few weeks back and I agree, the feeling of the transmission and shift knob in my hand is much improved.

Great product!

Alright alright, picture coming later. You want a video too so I can show ya how to drive stick?

The Textured Magnum doesn't get too hot at all regardless of it being black.

I'll grab some new MTF this week and swap it out this weekend. I remember when I first got my S being able to chirp the tires on a shift, now I would definitely grind before chirp. I'll have to keep an eye things and make sure i'm shifting directly back as opposed to slightly towards me.

glad you like it, i like mine but i found myself changing back to the oem titanium and skunk2 knob for the weight throw.

until i found a perfect solution: twm counter sunk and 480 grams knob

to be honest the reduced l of counter sunk knob will still show the notchiness of the gear box, you need to push it in instead of slide it in.

I have the TI knob also and love it. I live in Fl and it gets hot but not for long. If you put the a/c to the top down setting it cools it quickly

mikey, i think your experiencing that slight knotchy feeling becuase of the knob, but ONLY because it's the "cheaper" light one. People have also found this with the spoon shift knob because it's extremely light as well.
If you weren't getting it before you switched.... and it just appeared... i doubt you changed your driving style that quickly...

just a thought though.
I'm looking to get one myself very very soon

I sent rick an email and have not got a response since (roughly a week).

Is this typical?

Maybe i toggled his spam filter.
