I've also been waiting for my shift knob from rick's patiently. I do appreciate the level of communication that i've seen from rick's, but the wait is alittle ridiculous.
I'm not going to tell anyone how to run there business, but part of running a successful business is putting up capital to insure customer satisfaction. I was going to order a leather center console from rick's but now i'm having second thoughts.

Guys, Rick's has A++ Customer Satisfaction. Like they said, they're not doing this for fun. If it was even POSSIBLE, they'd have hundreds of every kind ready to ship, but hey every product has to be made, so ya gotta be a little patient. If you can find VooDoo knobs somewhere else for the same price, buy them there!

Got mine in no time. Engraved and all. Incidently, painted my engraving red and it looks phenominal. Thanks for carrying such a great product. Oh yea, had to do the threadlocker thing cause mine didnt line up right when tightend down. Gotta say I was skeptical at first, but damn, it really works! Knob wont budge.
Ordered the Aero Screen from Ricks on a Thursday, had order confirmation within minutes, a tracking number within hours, and the aero screen in hand on Monday morning (I'm in Socal and it shipped from MD). I have nothing but great things to say about Rick. Like others have stated just be patient.

My CC was charged 8 weeks ago. You'd think that they at least have a couple in stock and just roll over the money as the orders come in... but... nah.
