Ordered areoscreen from Rick in early April. Rick shipped the screen a few days later. He put my PO Box and physical address on the box. The local post office spent 2 to 3 weeks trying to figure out which address to deliver it. The decision must have been more than they could handle, so they returned to sender. Either one of the address would have gotten it to me. Yesterday Rick e-mailed me with the bad news. Even though it was not Rick's responsibility he Fed Exed it to me and I have it today. Now that is super service, thanks Rick. There is only one thing that could have made me happier. If I had opened the box and found my badges in there.

Thanks, William and Utah S2K. James and I just try to put ourselves in the shoes of other owners. If I had been you, I would have been mighty ticked off at the post office and even more impatient to get the screen. So I thought I should try to satisfy your need for aeroscreen joy ASAP .

Unfortunately, as hard as we try, we sometimes screw up, too, and people's orders get delayed for too long. So we try to make uo for it when we can.
