while we're talking about ricks... i ordered a Pearl knob but the package had a sticker that said "Spun Magnum". it matches, however, my radio cover and arm console so maybe I did have pearl? im confused

 

While we are on the subject of the Voodoo Shift Knob. I recently ordered one (aluminum pearl with the shift pattern) and it was probably delivery today. I can't wait to get my hands on it.

Did anyone who ordered the shift pattern actually paint the shift pattern?

If so, how did it turn out and what kind of paint did you use? (color, brand..etc)

 

Just get some model paint from the Hobby store. And a small brush should do it. The engraving is deep so it is like coloring within the lines

 

I bought two engraved knobs from Rick's. The engraved knobs came iwith a rubbery coating with just the engraved patten cut through it. I just lightly sprayed it several times, drying between. Came out perfect!

 

Does the engraving come with no color painted in it? I was under the impression it came black.

Which aluminum knob goes best with the silver accents in the '02 interior?

 

i bought the knob, it isnt for me. if it was smaller i think i would have kept it
