Default roof boot

I recently purchased a 2002 S2000. We've had some top down weather here recently. I've noticed that the rear of the roof boot wants to ride up. Is there a fix for this?
Thanks

Yes, the convertable top limit stops probably need to be adjusted. What is happening is that the top isn't going down far enough, and when you hit a bump, it bounces up and pushes the boot back tabs out from under the molding. Or, thats what I was told was happening!

Take it back to the dealer. I think I remember seeing that something was sent out to the dealers so they would know how to fix the problem.

Took my dealer maybe 30-45 minutes or so to do it.

Thanks. That gives me something to bring to my dealer.

I cut and added some black plastic door shims to extend the tabs on the boot with some super glue. No more popping up from the boot cover.

When we do group drives, it is pretty common for the rear of the boots to come untucked at the beginning of the drive. The problem usually goes away after the boot gets warm from the sun. I get the problem most often if the cover has been sitting in the garage for a couple of weeks, folded up.

One thing that works for me: CAREFULLY push the folded top down to ensure it is fully retracted, then attach the boot cover.

I'll say it again.... take it to the dealer and let them adjust the stops! Doesn't take long to be adjusted, and then no more hassles!

My boot cover has never popped out of place. As Lovetodrive2000 stated you need to get your dealer to look at your roof adjustment.
