Roof Leak?
Some idiot backed into me so I bodyshopped my S and had all the small scratches and dinks repaired and got it all covered by his insurance, it looks great again, absolutely immaculate. The thing is I noticed the roof had started to leak on the drivers side. Water was getting in and collecting on the top of the rubber seal and finding it's way in between the break in the seal where it hinges to drop the hood. It was really p***ing me off, especially if I dropped the hood after a shower, a load of water would run out. The same time this was happening I got a Honda Accord Aerodeck to use as a work horse and the S stayed in the garage for some time, the weird thing is the leak has dissapeared, I've done nothing and have hit some serious rainfall but no leak - what's going on? only out of interest because I'm a happy bunny again!!
if the temperature between now and the last time you drove it has risen it should make the rubber sealers expand, that could be your answer but im not a very knowledgeable person about these kinds of things so get more opinions.
