While I drive my s2k around for a bit during the day, I noticed that when I push in the clutch when coming up to a red light, the rpms drop to about 900, then bounces back up to about 1500, then slowly reaches the idle rpm. Is anyone else experiencing this and if so, do they know whats happening because its really starting to scare me.

 

Do a search. Try things like rough idle or bad idle or just idle. It is most likely connected to the MAP sensor and you can do a MAP whack (not kidding...) to fix it. There are other solutions in the threads if you search around for them.
