Can anyone explain to me what this is and the benefits of doing it?
Cheers

Rubber spacers should not be in your car, the dealer should already have removed them. If you imported your car (like me) then you will have to remove them yourself. The car should not be driven over 20mph with the spacers in place. The spaces go between the springs on each shock, on mine there was 5 on each of the fronts and 2 on the rears, you remove them by jacking up each wheel and pulling them out (with a little bit of tugging, tip: Jack the wheel right up, they come out easier).

When you get your car visually check the springs, you should be able to see them if they are there.
