I've had my S2000 for close to a week now. Last night I had my first run in with the Police.

Me and my wife were heading south on the interstate trying to rack up some more mileage on the car during its break in period. We exit the freeway and come to a red light. While waiting for the light I hear another car next to me REVing. The REVing gets louder and louder. Since my car was still in its Break-In period I didn't even acknowledge the driver. The light went green and we were off. The car next to me ended up pulling ahead. I looked to the side and realized it was a police officer in a squad car. The passenger (another officer) waved her hand out at the two of us while they passed us by. Appears that all experiences with the Police aren't that bad.

 

I just got my stook too. Here's to hoping all meetings with the police are as mundane...

 

I had only had my car for about a month, when a deputy sheriff pulled up next to me, and rolled down his window, and said,,,"Wanna Race?" My 18 year old turned to me, and said, how come they never ask me those questions?
I never told him that it was just one of the guys that hang out at the fire station. hehehehehe
