What do you think about the s2000 compared to the rx8. Is the rx8 a good car. Dose it keep up with the s2000.

It keeps up fine. Search for "RX8" and you'll see your question asnwered at least a dozen times.

 

hmm quarter mile wise the rx-8 is a POS. Handles nice but definately not fast at all!

 

Not fast at all? Maybe not at a drag strip, but an S2000 is not exactly a drag racer either.

 

14.5 seconds for a RWD car for less than 26 000$ is very good.

 

My friend has one. Doesnt have the pep the s has, but it seems to handle pretty damn good and I had fun driving it. Loud ass rotary motor is a tad annoying lol

 

... i dont consider 14.6 good for a car at that price. the s2k is not a drag vehicle either but its a hell of a lot faster then that POS. The maintenance on those things are horrible too. Cmon guys there is no comparison

 

I do agree they are a bit overpriced for what you get, should be a low 20's vehicle price wise
