Default "S" badge steering wheel install help please.

Well. I have the badges installed on the front and the trunk and I do have to say they look awesome. I thought things were going well. Installed the comptech intake with no nasty codes. Installed the carbon fiber radiator cover with no hang ups and then onto the badge for the steering wheel. I assumed (my first mistake) that the "O" ring went on then the badge over the top of all that. No great stick. I quickly put back on the sticky protector and await some help. So does anyone have any good ideas on how this was supposed to work? Where did I screw up? It can't be that hard can it?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Chris

Installation Guide on Rick's Web site covers it all. It is a 1mb PDF file, so be warned.

I thought to check out their website but have had no luck getting on. I have tried since last night on both my computer at home and at work this morning. No luck?????

On this same subject. How does the airbag come out of the steering wheel. When I get the directions to do this right..... What happens to the Honda emblem in the center of the wheel. The reason I ask is that I have an adhesive VHB by 3M. I found out that this stuff works great with plastic parts. I was going to make a small "O" ring similar to the one with the logo and use this adhesive to apply the logo. It should have no issues with stick. I am of course assuming the install doesn't include removing the logo out of the steering wheel. Can I say I am just anxious to get the logo in. I am like a kid at Christmas with all the stuff I bought. Those clear plexiglass inserts do help with the wind factor in the headrests. Took it out for a spin while I had some sun here in Washington.

Now I feel really stupid. I think I like the VHB idea. Longer Stick. Thanks for the install link. Maybe I am a kid in a big candy store. Who would have ever thought I am turning 29 in a month.
