Is The S Your Only Car?
The s2000 is my only car as well. It is truly a pleasure to daily drive this car. If you are truly a car enthusiast, things like trunk space, a back seat, and RWD should not be a problem for ya, but rather necessities!
My S is my one and only. I'm not married, living in CA, under 30, and a business traveler... the roadster suits this phase in life.
As for space...
Business: my rolling carry-on luggage fits nicely in the rectangular indentation in the trunk with plenty of room to spare for the laptop bag and a gym bag.
Fun: the girlfriend fits nicely in the passenger seat.
Although I do feel bad (sometimes) when I can't offer my coworkers a ride from the airport because the trunk doesn't fit two sets of luggage...

my S2000 is not my only car, I have a Toyota Highlander and a Mercedes SLK 230K.
S2000 is a very practical roadster, you can fit 2 golf bag in the trunk.
it just can't carry large luggage and more than 2 people, but so is most other roadster.

Mine is my daily driver, no problems, but I admit my commute is short.
I am able to fit a large golf bag in my trunk, with golf shoes, with a roadside emergency kit, with my JL Audio Microsub, and with my Alpine Amp.
Space management!

S2000 for driving pleasure. Mitsubishi Pajero for wife, kids, super markets and mountain sports (skiing.......). If I had to have only one car I should have had a SUV but I would feel very sad missing the driving pleasure
