The very design of that board and their signatures is indicative of the people who dwell there. I believe it is comparable to the Calvin peeing on the Ford stickers that grace the rear windows of many a fine pickups.

A thread on another message base is just not worth getting upset over. If someone got on here and kept posting about how the Audi TT blows away the S2k, everyone on this base would flame him.

I did read the thread and saw a lot of ignorance in the posts. Most people that know cars respect the S2000 and for people to trash it that have never driven one is just plain stupid.

Then again, i trash the Geo Metro all the time and I have never driven on of them. I guess I am getting a bit hypocritical these days!

No, I don't know whether you are Italian, German, Polynesian or Dutch...it's not the point because I wasn't having a go at you for having English as a second language. How was I supposed to know that? As I said before, I honestly thought YOU were making fun of the 'english quality' in the posts on the other forum and that's why I responded the way I did IN A JOKING MANNER. By the way, this is the way most Australians are...they joke around a lot (it's the way of our culture) - and I'm not going to change myself for anyone.

Man, people have made posts that I was offended about. They apologized and that was the end of it...they didn't keep it going like you seem to want to, and they didn't make value judgements (ie. your call of 'jackass') about people they didn't know. For the irony of it all, it is apparent that you are the immature one here, my friend.

Like I said....my post was a simple misunderstanding. I can't be more sorry than I am and I can't change what was written.

0-60 in 5.8.... not as fast as S2000...
but you dont have to drop clutch at over 7000rpm...
and you probably can repeat it much easier than the S2000...
