Default S2000 3D model

Hello s2ki community!

I'm MrSteakPotato a member from an opensource game called Rigs of Rods that you've probably never heard of.
I'll start off by showing you what I've made so far.

Simply put I've come here in search for information about S2000's.

The model is currently just a rough sketch of multiple S2000's and I'm looking to change that into a specific model year and trim level. This is where I need your help.
My lack of knowledge on the car and how its changed cosmetically over the years is really killing me in this model when striving for the accuracy level I like to maintain in my models.

other model info: Work XD9 wheels and Yokohama A048 tires

Thanks for your time and I hope this is the right section for this topic.

You aren't going to see many changes as far as model goes.

Only modeling changes you'd see across the various model years would be the bumpers, exhaust tips, and wheels. And if you did a CR model, you'd have the CR lip, hardtop, spoiler.

There are plenty of threads that describe all of the differences, but aside from what I listed, most is going to be mechanical/suspension changes.

I also plan on looking through the gallery for some references. The car is going to have a high level of detail through out the whole model. (interior, engine, and under-body)

Just from the look you have now.. it looks like to be a AP1 no later than 02 with no lip.. also the headlights are little to big.

Yeah I though most of the reference pictures I was using where AP1, but some I just wasn't sure.

The headlights are just place holders because I didn't like the look of it empty, but in what dimension are the headlights to big? (depth, height, or width)
