s2000 advice c'mon!
Hi, i am in the market for a s2000 and i found one, it is:
"I am selling a 2000 Honda S2000 with silverstone color. The car is in excellent condition, at only 33K miles. This is a one owner car and has been in california since new.
I just got this car back from Honda to perform the recalls, one is the seat belts and the other one is the spark plugs issue. Both are taken care of, and it needs nothing but gas.
The car has been dealer serviced and oil change every 4K miles.
I have a clean carfax report handy, just email me and I will send you a copy."
what do you guys think...i was thinking around $17,500 for the car?
give me any adive you have thanks!!

If all is true...grab it. The price is decent. Just make sure the top is in good condition (rear window not opaque and no wear holes...for theses look behind the door windows on the INSIDE).
Drive it and see if it is your cup of tea....some people do not like the lack of low end torque.
Decent price.....especially for that low mileage.

LOL... lemme guess, the guy selling the car works by the great mall in milpitas right? I looked at this car last week... The car is in fair-poor condition, the plastic in the back is the worst I have evr seen, there is a tear in convertable top, the inside carpet is coming apart, and many dings and stuff all over the place. The car does drive well I must say, but over its a peice and a half. The guy is a liar also, he says he is selling it for his freind, which he is not, he is a car sales man and thinks he can get over a $1g of the blue book. Good luck with him!!!

.... Although the oil should have been changed every 3,000 miles
Used oil analysis proves that synthetic oils can last more than twice as long.....even in our high-revving cars.
4k is still well within tolerances again, if it is synthetic.

I would suggest checking the "Cars for Sale" subforum of the "For Sale" forum: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showforum=109
QuikS2K has her car for sale, knowing her, is in great shape. Might be a little more than what you're looking to spend, but it is a 2003 and Rachel (and her husband) is a good person
