Default S2000 Blind Spot

Luckly I've only run into this situation once and it happens to be a tertiary road that feeds into a fairly busy secondary road (that I actually live on). This 3rd rate road intersects my road at approx. a 60 degree angle with a Yield sign. I'm fairly short at 5'7" and it's impossible for me to not stop and lean way over into the passenger seat to get a glimps of any on comming traffic to the right At the same time I must guage traffic to the left, get back into a driving posisition and move.
It can be a nail bitter at times even though you've assured your self it's safe. There's no such luxury as looking twice.
Any of you short guys noticed this yet? If you haven't, you will eventually.

Been driving for over a year in the S. I'm also 5'7 and I have no problems with the passenger side blindspot.

Are your mirrors showing your own car?

No way the mirrors would catch anything at this angle. I've got over 800miles on my car now and this is the only road and only time this has happened. A rare situation I know, but it does exist.

You may need one of those convex shaped add-ons to your mirror, or just put the damn top down!

I'm going to do what I do now and that is to avoid the road completly. It was only a minor conveniece on certain occasions anyway.

AIX- I'm like you, I really never think of myself as short except in rare situations when I realise a few extra inch's would come in handy. On the plus side, we probably fit much more comfortably in the S than the big guys do.
