I like how it looks, but it's a piece - just too hard to attach, and the straps are hardly clean looking. The cover the Miata has (I had a 00) was very easy to attach / remove, and I used it all the time. This one stays in the garage.

 

For lots of topdown use, I'd use it to protect the top from sap, bugs, UV, road grime...all the crap that builds up on the car will build up on the top too. It's supposed to keep dust out of the pivots and keep it from creaking.
