Edit: If you're profile doesn't say 2008 CR, then you couldn't legitamatly open/post in this thread, otherwise, the title is wrong, myself excluded ofcourse.
If the title said CR "owners" you would be correct...but it does not because there are none yet...

[QUOTE=TraviS2000,Oct 10 2007, 09:49 AM] The 74 page thread is a bunch of crap spread all over 74 pages...it's the most useless thread I have ever seen.

I got the typical deer-in-the-headlights blank stare from my dealership when I asked about it. I want to test drive one, but it looks like december might be when we get some down here too.
I'm guessing that since most dealerships don't have a clue about it, there's probably not a "long" waiting list for it, so chances are good that those seriously in the market could probably score one pretty easily.

So... to get backon topic, what do you want the CR for?

If you bought a CR, would it be for regular street use? I'm not looking at buying a CR because I think its too track-oriented for the street, but I'm interested in what people want to do with their CRs.

Just got back from another local dealership, guess i was the first to come in i put $500 down for a apex blue with A/C and audio. I tried all i could to get the sticker price out of him but no deal. He said they had a silver one on the way he said ill call you in a week or two to come check it out.

This will be my daily driver and a track car.

Wait, I thought CR only comes in Apex Blue, White, Black, and Yellow?

Silver one on the way? He must meant regular 08?

Oh, well...

Yup... chicane silver is not available as a CR.

This thread, btw, isn't that much different from the CR thread that's already stickied.

LOL... lets get back on topic a bit...

Wow, maybe some of ya'll in SoCal should come over to Utah/Colorado to buy your CR... I'm in Salt Lake City, and just drove by a dealership last night, and right on the windshield, they have 3 S2000s (which have been there for a couple of months) "SALE! $29,788" Yeah, thats not the best price out there, but this apparently means they're desperate if that is where they are starting negotiations from...

I haven't seen them selling any s2ks lately around here, especially with snow already hitting the ground in September... I'm guessing they aren't going to markup the CR too much here I'll keep ya'll updated, but after I snag mine first
