I bought my S without even thinking about looking at crash test data... But just out of curiosity, how does it do? Where do you look to get that data?
A buddy of mine lost control going waaay too fast around a corner and nosed into a tree at about 70mph. This is the result. He walked away with only cuts and scratches to his face from the airbag deploying. That's enough for me to feel safe.

The S2000 has rollbars which should protect you a bit.

long as you got your seatbelt on and your top isn't down while you dont have your belt on
But seriously, someone posted pics of their rollover accident a few months ago. The weight of the engine was enough to keep the rear of the car in the air. It came to rest upside down balanced on the front of the hood and the top of the windshield. I was glad to see that since my head sticks up higher than our rollbars.
As far as govt crash tests, www.nhtsa.dot.gov lists results for 03, 04 and 05 models. All get 4 stars for front impact, and 5 stars for both side impact and rollover.
