Nice write up, Dave! Just one thing, I may have missed it, but US 06+ models also have the: 'Canadian .. Day-Time Running lights' or something similar (i think, mine does). .

Thanks Jim, I did the write-up a few years back, so I'm sure I am missing any changes that have happened over the past couple years.

Anyone know anything more about this year 2000 VGS model? Was this for all years or only 2000? Seems kind of strange to me that they'd offer this, especially considering it's viewed today more as a luxury feature. BMW offers this feature on some cars, but not on any of the M models.

As I recall, the American S2000 owners who tested VGS in Japan had mixed reviews but for the most part liked what we already have better.

Dave...couple other interesting differences...the UK AP1 wheels were different than those in the US. We had a UK car over here doing some tuning and it was very subtle but the spokes were slightly thinner more tapered.

Also, transmission gear ratios for the US AP2 were not adopted for the rest of the world except on the F22 cars. F20 AP2s still have the original AP1 gear ratios.

That's what I'd expect. The last time I drove an S2K the steering ratio was already pretty damn quick... No clue why anyone would need to make it variable.

[quote name='dlq04' date='Jan 30 2009, 09:28 AM'] Europe versions have a small spoiler mounted on the underside of the driver
