House.

Why not trade the evo for the S? Or do you really like the evo that much?

House hands down...no questions.

The fact that I bought my house when I was 22 (I am almost 30 now) has afforded me the ability to have some financial comforts I wouldn't have had otherwise. My home's value has appreciated almost 100% in less than 8 years.

Get yourself a house now. The car(s) can wait.

I know what your feeling though...self control is a bish!

Well not so quick. What is the real estate market like in your area? Buy and sell real estate at the right time. If the market value is going down, you would be nutz to buy realestate! keep renting! If the market value is level and not going anywhere.... No hurry. Get an S. If the market is going up as it is screaming in Florida... SELL EVERYTHING and buy as big as you can afford.

Honestly it really depends on the area. Do a little market research and find out if the time is right to take the huge step forward. It would really suck to get into a condo that has no resale value.

BTW I just bought a condo/townhouse 3 months ago and the value went up 40,000 already. Dead serious, my friend is an appraiser. So, be smart about your purchase and you will sleep good at night

IF you live in CA, homes are way overpriced and not a good time to buy unless your making a decent amount of $$$

Just saw on the news last night, a small house two bedroom two bath in Pasadena sale for a little over one million

That's just too hard to except

If you do get a house, I hope you have about a 100K to put down plus high 600 FICO score or better.

In any case, good luck with what ever decision you make
