S2000 fear factor
I have never been disrespected in my S, surprisingly. I'm 27 and I look younger so I'm sure to other people, I look like a punk-ass rich kid, which I despise. Haha. I have Vettes come next to me on the freeway and wave and then carry on with their driving. I've had every type of person, age, gender, ethnicity, and "click" coke out of their way to let me know that I have a nice car. And being a Honda guy for years, I know that the muscle car guys give almost zero respect and props to "tuners". Even my buddies that are hardcore musclecar-heads dish out the compliments. And when the uninformed come up am ask if it's a Porsche and then hear that it's a Honda, there's no disappointment in their eyes, only more compliments. There's an old lady I'm town with a walker that always tells me, "One day, you'll have to take me for a ride in that car of yours." And I would I'm a heartbeat if I was sure it wouldn't stop hers.
Maybe the reason why so many S-owners have "I <3 Haters" decals on their cars is because the haters that usually always have something negative to say about Hondas are the ones that give most of the respect when they see the Sex at the stoplight.

I definitely got more races when I was driving my S2000 than I get in my 03 Cobra.. NO ONE wants to race me now.. I the 7 years that I've had the Cobra, I think I've had half a dozen or so races that other people insitgated, I've tried to insigate them via other cars that I'd think would be a good race, but even then very few people want to play.. (Z06's, 911 TT's etc)
