A flush type of latch mechanism would eliminate interference with passengers knees & put your product on the top of my must have list. Thanks for your time & effort on this project & please keep us posted.

HOTRODS2000 has a valid point. I'd like one if it had a flush mount latch.

Well, get rid of all the exposed skrews and I might consider it. That is one of the biggest things I hate to see on a car...exposed skrews

More of a flush fit, and maybe a stronger latch then that.
