Look up the NADA retail, KBB retail and find comperable cars on Autotrader. I had to fight with Allstate on a car I had that was totalled. they initiall offered Half the replacement value. Your car was White also and was not as high a production color as others. My car is an 01 with 59000 miles and if something like this happened to mine I would not settle for a penny less that $12500 plus TTT, NADA Clean Retail

what good is "full coverage" if it doesn't cover everything? You are already paying your deductible...they should cover all other costs associated in getting you into an equal car.

Sorry to bring this thread up from the dead, but could someone post a link to where I could buy one of these? I checked the company's websites above, but couldn't find one for the S2000. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

This is why I always carry an extinguisher in my cars. Hasn't saved me yet but there was a BMW on fire on the side of the freeway and I pulled over and put it out for him. He was very thankful I let him use my aaa for a free tow and he offered me $300, and well I took it because I was 17 and worked at McDonalds. Haha

Sorry to hear about the fire and am glad you are alright.
