Dunno. But do you really want to know why the red guy was flapping his arms in the kite video? He communicates to blue via Denjiha "armpit odor" message.

To get back on topic, UPS is arriving with the package today, and it's raining like hell.
Don't worry, it comes in a box, and the book itself is shrinkwrapped, so it should make it 'til you get home.

Mine arrived. I got #206. It's sure a lot thinner than what I expected. If I paid $69 for it, I'd have been pissed. For what it's worth, it looks like a high-end sales brochure on the car. Worth the sub-$20 (shipped) easily. Hell, the stock air filter on the car cost more than this book.

#2092 here. Nice book for $11, but definitely not worth $69!

I've got it on top of a bookshelf with the Motorbooks S2k book, a 2004 S2k brochure, and an AutoArt 2004 S2000 diecast ... my own little S2000 shrine!

Someday maybe I'll get the actual car ...

That is planning ahead. Hope you achieve the dream, since you've already started the love affair.

You may want a larger area if you get to carried away. I think I have 80/90 models and almost every book and magazine every written on the first generation car.... 200/300 at least. BTW, there's a transformer out now. Windchaser.

Hey JimCarson,

Thanks for starting this thread.

I've been meaning to order the book, and your comments prompted me to do so, just now!

(Strange that there's not many books on the S2K)

This is a hardbound, boxed version of the original spiral-bound sales brochure created for the car's North American launch. I've had the cheap spiral one for 5 years or more (got it on eBay; probably paid more than I did just now for the hardboud copy!). It's definitely worth it at 12 bucks; not so much at the original $70 (which is why I passed on it back then!).
