This is a hardbound, boxed version of the original spiral-bound sales brochure created for the car's North American launch.

I'll repeat it again: SALES BROCHURE

I received mine yesterday and it's not spiral-bound...it's a very nice coffee table book - which is where it is now. Well worth the ~$20 incl. shipping.

Why would you think that? The 2nd post reads "It is a must book for anyone who enjoys having S2000 memorbilia. While it's a very nice hard bound book, there is nothing in it that hasn't already been scanned and appeared on the internet before.."

The book you want is Honda S2000 by Daniel F. Carney, it is a 'softbound' paperback book for about $20 that can be found at any of the car book sellers sites.

I should have read more carefully what TWOHOOS said about this before I ordered it:

I suppose it is worth $12 since printing and production were probably costly. And there are incredible ad agency resources invested in all aspects of creating sales brochures like this.

But when it's all said and done, it's still just a long sales brochure.
Yep its a sales brochure, but for $12 you can't go wrong..............it's on good quality paper and binding.

..........For $69 retail as hardtop guy suggested, you've gotta be smoking crack to pay that much

I ordered mine two days back and I got it yesterday........this promo company is really fast.

Just got mine ... very nice. Low on content but beautiful, and well worth the sub $20 price.

It's a nice little S2K collectible.

I bought the book. It is well done, but very short. Photos are high quality. So much of the info is on the Honda Website or elsewhere on this site. I did not know the car weighs 1 pound less than a Boxster. My brother has a Boxster and it feels heavier.

I was hoping for # 1 or # 2000. I received # 2115.

Just keep buying them man, maybe you'll get lucky!

PS, if anyone has #2312, I'd love to trade (its my VIN #).

NICE. Thank you, jimcarson, for the heads up. I ordered one also for $21.66, including shipping.

I love my '01 Silverstone (passed to husband) and my '05 Suzuka.
I got mine, #2110. It ordered it on a Thursday and got it on the following Thursday. BTW, it's all pre- 2004 and 2005 model info.
