I prefer it that way. I hope they stop building them NOW!!! Heck, I wanted them to stop two years ago when they started building the S2200.

I remember a "recent" article that compared the S2000 to the 350Z and the RX-8. When they did the final placement the S2000 was dead last at #3. But after reading through the article it wasn't because it was a crappy car. It was because it was "too intense" and too much of a strictly a driver's car. I was a little surprised but based on what the article was focusing on I could maybe see why they made their decision the way they did.

I think also that the S2000 has been around in it's present form for a while and may not be as "new" to editors and writers as some of the other cars.
