S2000 Living
I've never seen good twisties without elevation! I have friends in Tampa...there is exactly one good curve in the entire city...it's a cloverleaf!
Sacramento,CA
80 miles to the coast or 40 miles to the mountains with lots of great roads in between.
Top down 10 months of the year(depends on how much rain we get).
Back to back drives, one day in the mountains and the next day on the coast.

I do sometimes take road trips to the Poconos and beyond (PA), and basically a friend and I call it GET LOST. Throw the navi in the trunk just in case, and wander the mountain roads throughout PA.
I live in Birmingham, AL ... can't really complain. We hardly ever get snow or ice, we just have to deal with brutal summers. You can ride with the top down year round. We have great roads also, this road is 5 miles from my house:

My commute can be either 70mph interstate or curvy backroads all the way in. I don't have to sit in a bit of traffic. I DD the S so I love to come home on the backroads with the top down. Normally on my way in I'll hop on the interstate.
I'm also only 210 miles from Deals Gap which I have ridden my sportbike to. Hopefully I can take the S one day.

How do you like the FZR? I have a 2006 FZ6-S, love my Yamaha.
Here is part of my daily commute. In this video I was in my 2001 Honda Prelude...speeds ranged from 55-75 mph. If I get behind one vehicle on my commute it's a bad morning!

Sunny Florida. Year round top down driving with the exception of hurricane season.
Plenty of back-country twisty roads as well.

No way Florida belongs in this thread. Flat land, straight grid like roads and scorching summer heat do not make for a great place to drive a S2K. The only positive is the weather from October through March/April.
I moved to Jacksonville about three years ago from Louisville, KY and have had less fun in my S2K since.
