s2000 or M3
M3 is badass...we had a guy here in houston trade to a 2002 M3 I believe. Maybe he can give you some feedback. Both are great cars. Each car gives you a different feeling I would guess. S2000 you feel so attached to it while driving. The M3 is just a beast of a car. Both look amazing...
it's a tough choice. M3 is expensive though...
ONLY downside I can see ot the M3 is the sound it makes when you drive it. Sounds tinny to me...weird

I would trade in my S2 for M3 anyday if I have the money....
Come on..u are comparing $50k car to $30k car.
But with $50k if you want the performance I would go with Z06..
or
If you want something for all-season performance I would get 2004 S4(B6) with 4.2 V8.
Peak torque of 350lb and 230lb tq at AMAZINGLY LOW 1100rpm!!!
Also the new S4 has active exhaust system that changes the route of the exhaust depending on rpm for better exhaust sound and the perforamnce...pretty cool stuff
and it comes with torsen diff AWD so great car for $50k.

[B]Don't stone me guys but as an owner of an M3 Cab and S2000, this is what I have to say...
Street driving, track and hills: S2000
Long Hwy drives, entertaining 3 other friends, and safety: M3
Maintenance: S2000, it costs me $109 to change the friggin oil on the M3.
