i always thought it'd be cool to have an engine on display in the house. if it goes for under $25 i might buy it. ($50 shipping)
the wife may not like the idea

that shipping is deceptive:

"Shipping will be via a freight company that you will arrange for pickup and pay for all shipping yourself. There will be a $50 palleting fee before shipping."

ergo it's $50 (unless you pick it up) for the seller to strap the thing to a pallet and make available for a freight hauler to then come and get for you. You still have to pay the freight hauler.

I shipped an 89 Honda RS125 from Ohare to Baltimore using a ground service and it was about $175 to move about 250 pounds in a crate.

I was thinking along the same lines (great conversation piece) but the shipping makes is too much. Wish I still had that RS125...
