S2000 Options

No factory options I'm aware of other than the hard top. Everything else was dealer provided. I'm still looking for the pocket to put behind the seat(s).
This is not unique to the S2000 (nor to Honda). Historically Honda radios were dealer installed, at least they were in a couple of my early Civics. Wrong radio was in one. Right one took 10 minutes to swap. Much of this was, no doubt, due to the cars being produced in Japan. Unless I dreamed this AC was a dealer option way back then. When Civics started coming out of Marysville it became less common to even have a choice of things like what radio.
A supercharger was a dealer option for the S2000 at a few places and according to original owners it was covered under the factory warranty. I only know of one (1) such car.

All years came with the simple "open H" chrome emblems (except CR, which was black). That is the optional black chrome emblem. For '04+ the standard H emblems got bigger, matching the size of the black chrome ones.

Interesting. I thought the 00-01 had the black emblems, and 02+ had the clear H. Knowing the older couple didn't do anything to the car, it had to have come like this from the dealership.

Save yourself some money and just get the CR emblems if you want black sides.

^Yes, Deckoz, you almost certainly have the black chrome fender badges too. All 4 (2 bumper, 2 fender) were sold as a set, so it would be odd if you didn't.
I love them, especially the bumper badges - they look great with any and every color ever offered. Probably my favorite mod I've ever done (and I had $5K coilovers at one point lol).
Anyone know if they're even available to order anymore?
