hey I was wondering if its possible to swap the plastic rear windshield to glass windshield.

To get a glass rear window you need to swap the whole top out for one from a later year or buy a replacement top.
Gone over thousands of times I am sure...

 

my fault. cuz some guy owns miata was saying i can swap. but pretty sure myself that its not possible. u can replace it if its cracked or something

 

Can replace the plastic with plastic but not just like a pop out pop in replacement. needs to be cut out and re attached.
For the glass you have to swap the whole top with frame or get a top with some different straps that allows the top to fold the right way to work.

 

I would spend the extra money and just get the glass top. You'll never have to worry about cracking plastic again.
