If you want to get a free rental of an S2000 and can keep the mileage under 250 miles, you can do what I did. Go to the Automobile store called CarMax (www.carmax.com), buy the car and off you go. They have a 5 day (250 mile) satisfaction guarantee. I returned mine two days later with 201 miles on it. Of course, you'll have to have good credit to qualify for the loan etc.
I really didn't intend to buy the car but after a really, really fun test drive, I was so hopped up on adrenaline, I ended up driving it home. The next morning I realized my mistake and how I could get a brand-new one for a few thousand more. I took it back, no questions asked!

Hey, this board is GREAT !! thanks for the advice etc.
I'll check out the other rental place and look into *carmax*; sounds too good to be true.
If ever you go to the south of France, between Toulouse and Montpellier, do drop me a message: I'll be happy to show you around.
Hasta L.
