There are a lot of questions going around about the Comptech Supercharger and how well it performs. I thought I'd provide some results from our street driving of my SC S2000 compared to the other NA S2000's. Note: My GTech times can be found via the search - this is more of a comparison than hard numbers.
Off the line:
We ran off the line a few times, one time with 2 NA vs the SC all at the same light. All of us revved to 7,000, and popped the clutch (one NA does sidestepping). Nothing real noticable right away as we're all screeching, I'm making smoke (reported by other S2000's behind us). The SC S2000 (with my very worn tires) is mostly spinning wheels through first gear. When if finally catches it's just about time to shift. At the shift point 1st to 2nd the nose of the car might be a few feet in front. Once in 2nd the car starts to really move out. 3rd gear, more of the same. By 4th gear the car has 2-3 car lengths, the car never slows down or gets weak - all the way to red line.
When rolling:
It's much easier to race an S2000 once it's rolling. This is just as true, if not more, with the SC. You'll want to drive a SC S2000 just like you drive the stock S2000. But, out of curiosity, we did a test starting at 65 MPH. The NA S2000 shifted down to 3rd (which he should be able to stay in until just above 80) while I stayed in 4th - we both floored it. By 100 MPH I had half a car-length and was about to really start gaining. I hadn't shifted at all, just stayed in 4th.
For other impressions of the SC S2000 from non-SC S2000's search for posts named "HouStooks", we've document some of the reactions and races.

By 4th gear you should make about 6-10 car lengths on a stock s2000.
Either traction is a problem or you have less power then you are supposed to.
Something is definately not right.
