Thumbs up S2000 SEATS

Ok guys ive gotten alot of different answers for this but whats the value for the 07 red/black seats? Ive heard so many different prices its confusing people say 7k some say 5k so which is it?

They will cost $7k to replace. Don't plan on selling them for that much if that's why you're asking. People can buy stolen seats for under a grand.

Are you looking for insurance purposes?
You cant just buy a seat, you have to buy all the pieces that make up the seat, and then assemble the seat.

my gosh they are expensive!!!
i know it is difficult to trade seats on the 06/07 models due to the
air bad sensors, but isnt it easy for the earlier model owners to buy and trade seats?

It's not difficult trading seats on 06/07 as long as the seats being replaced INTO an 06 or 07 are 06+ seat, and thus have the airbag sensor. Otherwise, the seats themselves should fit just fine in any model year.

You don't need to change seats to change the color. Only the seat covers.

yes, and once sensed, the top automatically comes down.
