I have an 01 but the top was replaced with a glass one before I bought it. dunno if it's a Honda top or not (how do you tell?!)

2004 VIN #422, rear bar is exposed. I'm not seeing any wear spots yet and have also found the parts to be smooth that some report as being rough or having burrs. My top has about 325 up/down cycles.
You might also want to post this poll in the Registry thread for more response to determine if the rear bar covered issue is a random thing or if a running change was made:
