Javelin360,

so can you (or anyone) find a practical way to get this project done? There are a lot of interested customers lined up in this post...

Thanks,

Ted

After 3 years? Prolly not. Too bad, I wish us AP1 guys had a cool key. I've been toying with the idea of painting the black platic part of mine red and then clearcoating it with poly, but then again I'm incredibly lazy, so......

Do we have any Ti fabricators lurking out there???

Actually, a brushed Aluminum key would look great too...

Man that would look tight. I have no idea why Honda dropped the ball on ther S2000s key. When I picked mine up and got the keys I thought I was getting the keys to my Prelude back!
I thought the SAME thing. They (Honda) could have at least adopted the AP2 style key right from the beginning. More to the point, I like the Ti key option, but I dunno if I'm gonna shell out $80 for it. I guess it depends what the final product looks like. Grabbing hold of a titanium key to start the car would be pretty sweet.

i guess it could be considered a waste of money.... but i would shell $80 for a TI key in a heartbeat... ESP if it looked like that one.. (on the first page)
