s2k for a beginnner driver?

ah i'm horrible on hills. The whole rollback issue when someone's in back of you always drives me nuts. The s was my first stick i'm still trying to figure it out lol. with the car stopped, ready for launch:
1.depress (=pushed in) the clutch and depress the brake, holding you in place
2.pull the e brake up, while holding the lock button IN, so it does not lock
3.switch your brake foot to the gas pedal, and start to give it gas while letting out on the clutch
4. when you feel the sweet spot, slowly put the ebrake back down
viola
and for the record, like i said the S has been my first stick shift, and i have never been in one accident
