Well my brother recently purchased a new 2005 c6, and he used to be the driver of my s2k. He said he loves the new vette and the acceleration and the different little options that come along with it. But after any time he drives my car he always mentions how much better and funner the s2k is to drive. He says that the s2k feels like its built and engineered much better. Even though id take the c6 over my s2k, i thought it was a pretty cool thing to mention.

well on one side... the s2k is a track demon.. but the c6 would still spank it all the way round. Honestly i could care less i think vettes are trash and would take eveything else in that price range first

 

What exactly is in the Vettes price range that is even CLOSE in overall peformance, refinement, daily driveability, durability, and comfort?

Ricers who talk trash about a glorious world-class sports car like the new Vettes really rub me the wrong way. Ignorance truly must be bliss.

 

maybe he just doesn't like the vette.. its his opinion.. get over it. I think the Vette is a great car but everybody isn't going to share your opinion on this. You have continually bashed people everytime these topics come up. Just because someones opinion is that they do not like the vette does not make them a ricer. I don't like a lot of cars... but that doesn't automatically make me a ricer. Relax man.. it just people's opinions.

The vette is known for its over all low refinement and its brute power.... the car feels like a truck in side is fitted with some truck parts actualy.. with cheap plastice and low quality material i could see why you would be so fond of it..
And for 50k plus for a nice model you can't think of any other cars that can compete with it ? Come on..
