Yeah, but then again what moron would buy a "track demon" like S2000 and have a time or desire to look at the quality of the interior pieces?

Ok, but...look what you said...

I'll bet my lunch money that will start some chit. No, I'm not a GM fanboi, just trying to see through the bs .
Honestly what are you trying to say..... i would def not be knocking any ones english or typing.... please re-read your post.
i do think vettes are trash but i respect them for there handling and speed i never said they were bad track cars or were unreliable... i just do not favor them.

And if you actually READ my post i made note that he c6 was a better track car....

And what moron would buy S2000 and worry about the quality? Just because you don't own one doesn't give you the right to act foolish.

OK. Vettes are TRASH but better track car than S2000! Got it .

True. I do not own one now. I sold mine to get an M3 at the beginning of this year. But when I had it, it was my only car and I think I do know a thing a two about S2000 .

Do you own a Vette?

I'm not a fan of the Vette's, either. The interior feels cheap, probably because it is cheap. Terrible shifter feel (but compared to the S, most of the cars have that feel ), but--tons of power and performance. Performance wise, it's a great car. But, you don't need 400hp to have fun.

BTW, a lot of Vette enthusiasts will tell you they haven't made a real Vette since the late 60's.

I feel that you do not get the point at all but everyone else does.....
for 50k plus wich puts it about 20k OVER THE S2K... it is a better track car. BUT i think the fit and finish is junk. they have countless issues with there quality.

And i woud never own a vette.... the new Z06 is a sweet car but other then that after driver about a dozen or so of them i do not think they are worth the money.

PS: your not proving any point by having me break down the explantion i have already given that everyone else has already understood...

"the C6 package is just flat unbeatable in this price class"

The vette is perhaps the most famous and infulential sports car in american automovitve history, maybe in the whole world. You have to respect it. I think alot of people think of the vette as simply a car with a big engine, which is unfortunate because it is very refined. Read this article to get an idea of the lengths they go to save weight, improve the engine, and aerodynamics. (http://www.caranddriver.com/article....rticle_id=9991 Note that this covers the z06 which is a beast with a 0-60 of 3.6sec.)

I stated that i respect the car.. but i would never pay 50k plus for the thing. I do think that the c6 is the only decent vette made in over 20years...

I would agree that that 100% since it was the first and only untill dodge made the viper.

Can't compare the two....

As for the C6 and C6Z06.... I envy domestic enthusiast because they have such the "obvious" choice on the car to buy and be done with it in the C6ZO6.

Regardless I will NEVER buy a corvette....EVER!...

I just wish the obvious answer was there for the Import enthusiast...
